Individual therapy
Starting at $150
We begin with your story and a clear understanding of what you want to change. Through evidence based therapy, conversation and movement, we work through difficult experiences, recognize recurring patterns and practice new ways to respond. Together, we track progress and adjust our approach as you put those skills to work. The purpose is to help you move forward with greater clarity, stronger relationships and trust in your ability to handle what comes next.

Group & Team Experiences
Working beside people doesn’t always mean feeling connected to them. We create interactive experiences for businesses, schools and community groups to address stress, strengthen communication and build trust. Through shared challenges, movement and guided conversation, your people practice listening, solving problems and supporting each other. Each experience is built around your group’s needs, with practical lessons to bring back into the way you work together.

MOVEMENT BASED
OUTDOOR SESSIONS

Our time together.
We begin with a free 20 minute consultation to hear your story, answer your questions and talk about what you want life to look like. If we’re a good fit, we’ll plan our first session around what you need. Here’s what you can expect from our time together.
INDOOR COMFORT

COME AS YOU ARE
You don’t need to prepare a speech or know where to start. We’ll meet for 50 or 90 minutes and walk, sit outside or use the private mobile office, depending on what works for you.
WORK THROUGH IT
We talk about what’s happening in your life, understand the patterns keeping you stuck and work toward the changes you want. There’s room for difficult conversations, questions and figuring things out together.
TAKE IT WITH YOU
Between sessions, practice what we’re working on with tools like the Return Journal and exercises tailored to your goals. When we meet again, we’ll look at what helped, what was difficult and what needs adjusting.
MOVEMENT. NATURE. FAITH. SCIENCE.

WHERE WE MEET
We meet at beaches, parks and trails around Jacksonville, including shaded spots beside lakes and the Intracoastal. We’ll agree on a location and meeting point before your session.
WHAT TO BRING
Wear comfortable active clothing and footwear suited for the outdoors. Sunscreen and bug repellent are recommended. We usually have both on hand, along with water, if you forget something.
SAFETY & PRIVACY
We choose locations and experiences with your safety, mobility and the weather in mind, adjusting as needed. Some parks charge an entrance fee. We’re mindful of people nearby, though outdoor spaces are public. The mobile office offers a more private setting.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
Couples Counseling
Starting at $175
We begin by hearing both perspectives and understanding where your relationship needs attention. Through guided conversations and shared activities, we identify recurring conflicts, practice clearer communication and work on trust and connection. Together, we turn what you learn into changes at home, from how you handle disagreements to how you make time for each other. The goal is to help you feel heard, understand each other and decide how to move forward together.
Some experiences continue to affect you long after they’re over. ART uses guided eye movements and imagery to help reduce the distress connected to difficult memories. We begin by identifying what you want to work on, then guide you through a structured process without requiring you to describe every detail aloud. The aim is to remember what happened without the same overwhelming emotional response.
